"I was not thrilled with Renetta Wilson's State Farm office and left the State Farm family after 18 years of being a customer. I was told that their office would handle the transfer of all of my insurance products from Arizona to Washington only to find out my AZ home owners policy was never cancelled and ended up renewing for a house I didn't own. Also had issues with getting a home policy in WA. They sent a man to survey the house who was inappropriate and hit on me. I felt very uncomfortable. I was then told they would not insurance the house unless I got a new roof. I had sent State Farm the inspection report from the house inspections weeks before and no mention of them wanting me to get a new roof until it was too late. I also had a roofer come out who said the roof was find and didn't need to be replaced soon. I offered to send the report from the roofer and was told that it wouldn't make a difference. Very shady that I declined advances from their representative and now I need a new roof. I wasn't even offered to see the pictures the man took to see if they were even my house or if he sent something else just to screw with me because I declined in advances. The person they State Farm sent was from a third party. I looked them up on google and they had a 1.7 stars; horrible rating. I asked State Farm if they planned to still use this third party for their inspections and they said yes. Would not recommend working with this agent."
