"Our family uses Renetta Wilson's office for all our insurance. They are incredible. So responsive anytime there's an issue, you can talk to a real person! Kayla and everyone else that works there is very helpful in trying to get you the most extensive coverage with the most discounts, and never makes me feel like I'm a bother even when we have to change vehicles out or have complex lives. "I have been with State Farm since turning 16 (auto policy) and 20 years later I have nothing but great things to say about the company as a whole and also Ms Wilson's office. After moving across the country they were very patient with me as I moved my policy. They are very understanding about 9-5'ers schedules and have been able to complete almost all needs via the computer or phone. I did need to visit the office once (towards the end of their day for the record) and the staff could not have been kinder, or more positive. I have recently taken off my auto policy as I moved into Seattle and am able to use the bus and lite-rail, but I will be back with State Farm the instant I need a new auto policy. I am happily keeping my renter's policy with them! If you need coverage in the Oly area look no further!"
